First of all, I'm going to be honest here, but this is only a rough outline. Here is my routine at the moment:
 9:30 Computer off. Stark drinking wamr and eating a small slab of dark chocolate. Mess around with my iPad/iPhone whilst doing so.
 10:00-10:30 Eat a banana.
 10:30-10:40 Get changed into my PJs. Clean my teeth.
 10:40-10:45 See Mum.
 10:50-10:55 See my sister.
 10:55-11:00 Get into bed. Mess around with iPad/iPhone.
 11:10 DVD on.
 11: 30-11:40 DVD off.
 11:55-12:00+ Reading. Light off.
 12:20-12:30 Praying.
 1:30+ Finally drop off to sleep.
 Next day.
 11:00 Up and out of bed.
 11:00-11:30+ Watch TV (normally just part of a DVD rather than actual television).
 12:00-1:00+ Get dressed.
 I really want to know how I can make myself go to bed earlier and get up earlier. On the "DVD in the mornings" front, I would still like to keep that, even if I have to compromise and do some exercises as well.
