My friend is offering me her old verizon iphone 4, and I'm wondering if I can activate it on my existing plan just as I could do with any other phone. That way I could just have a phone that is also anmp3 player.
I'm not sure if its stolen or not it just spent come with a box or charger and its pretty cheap price, if I put a AT&T nano sim in it will it work? Can it be jailbroken or unlocked?

I hate USPS! I found a great deal on an iPhone on eBay, came just fine. I shipped it to my friend and he never got it! I sent it 3 Saturdays ago first class mail! I have called USPS countless times but nobody really cares! They say "oh well at the mail recovery centre we search the package to get it back to you" well guess what? Knowing they would lose the package I put All my contact info on a sheet of paper in it and nobody has called or emailed me! Somebody stole the iPhone and the employees are protecting each other! ARGH! I spent so much money what can I do! People say oh buy insurance or a tracking number. I shouldn't have to buy all that s**t to send a package! And I'm too cheap to use ripoff UPS or Fedex. Any help appreciated.

I went to turn off my iPhone 4s and now it has been sitting there for 15 minutes just doing the spinning ball thing it does as it shuts down.
I updated my IPhone 3g and after I updated it, it deleted all my apps and contacts. So i went on the app store, and i tried to install Facebook and it said i needed to have IOS 4.3. But i don't know how to update it.
