Free, music downloading apps for iPhone?

I want a free mp3 app, but with no limitations, as all the free ones have a limitation of about 10 songs which sucks.
Is spotify a good app for this purpose? Do you have to pay for any songs?

Around a year ago I bought the application and it was working fine on my iphone2g. Currently whatsapp has updated itself and it is now free on the AppStore but it is not compatible on my iPhone and the original app no longer works. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get it on iPhone?

I'm using itunes 11 and I can't find a proper way to copy my music one-by-one onto my Mac without deleting. Is there a solution for that? I only want to copy a specific song from my iphone.

2. I've put a restriction against the safari so i can't go on it, do i still pay for it?
3. I noticed it says 3g what does that mean? Am i paying?

IPhone to blackberry sim card?

I have been having some problems with my blackberry deleting everything. My friend got a new iPhone so she have me her old one (iPhone 4). She thought I would just have to switch over the sim card and it would work. Unfortunately, when I checked the iPhone has a micro sim card where as my blackberry has the full sized. How can I activate the iPhone with the same number yet still be able to use my blackberry (not necessarily at the same time I would just like to have my blackberry as I'm paying for those features such as bbm ect.)? I believe she left her old sim card in her phone so is there any way to activate that or something?
