I have Iphone 3G i don't know which firmware i was using on this, but now its on recovery mood. I have downloaded almost all the firmware versions and tried one by one on my phone, but failed. I get errors like 1015, 2005.
and now its not even showing any display when i keep on pressing the power button, please help me what to do now
My aunt had recently went from Thailand bringing home of what she thought was the real "iPhone 4S". When she booted it up and asked me to download apps for the phone, I wasn't able to because I found out it was a fake iPhone. Since she didn't want to waste any money buying another iPhone and she wants to make use of this fake iPhone, she requested me personally to just install any Android OS on the said phone.
Since I didn't know how, I looked the issue up on the internet. I saw threads that said that it is and it isn't possible to do so. I came to Yahoo! Answers to get a personal answer.
If it is possible, it would be possible if you were to contact me and give me a step-by-step D I Y process of installing Android.
I'm not particular of the Android operating software that will be installed (whether Froyo, Gingerbread, Honeycomb, ICS, or Jellybean) as long as it is one of the most-used Android Operating Systems of today.
Please also be advised that I'm not too good on these software installation stuff. Thanks and God Bless!
Added (1). I'm not sure. It pretty came with the iPhone 4S box and everything else that was faked from Apple.
I would like to know if there's an accessory or telephone cradle for this model.

Got iPhone 5 for christmas
I got an iPhone 4S. I'm so excited! Anyway, I'm not very klutzy but I want to protect it because I'll have it for a while. I was looking at Otterbox Defend iPhone cases, which are very durable. It has a screen protector that comes with the case, if I needed one. I was curious because it also had a raised front, so if it fell face-first, it wouldn't hit the screen.
Then, I started looking at Speck Candyshell cases. They don't come with a screen protector but it, too, has a aside front. If I went with the Speck case, would I need to buy a screen protector? Also, which case would you recommend?
I'm just wondering, if it is recommended to buy second hand iphone 4s?
I'm planning on getting an iPhone 5 from the United States ( I live in the uk) so the thing is, I plan on buying an iPhone 5 from apple which would be locked to AT&T and later unlock it.problem is, I'm not sure how I should buy the iPhone, as in what plan, and does it matter what plan I have ( since I want to unlock it anyways?)
so questions: 1.) does it matter how the AT&T plan is set up, if I want to unlock it later?
2.) when I get the locked iPhone in my hands, is it locked in a way that it prevents me from any access ( f.ex.finding out the IMEI number)?
3) when at what point does the at&t plan begin, does it begin as soon as I get the phone?
4.) are there any certified or positive 100% unlocking cervices for iphones?
additional info: I plan on buying the phone when I visit next summer, wondering if there are there any things I should consider before buying the iphone, details I should be careful about?

Added (1). My dad lives in the US, so when i go and visit him i'll buy the locked iphone there, and I'll try and unlock it there
I have Bell as my service provider and I do live in a LTE area, but my iPhone 5 only shows me on 3G, I even turned on LTE from the settings and nothing happens. My previous 2 androids had hspa+ and 4g on them all the time. So what's the problem here, is it my phone or is bell being an idiot?
So i bought a game on the ipad with an account. Now on my iphone with the same account it doesn't let me install it.instead i get the price tag and buy the app. Do i have to buy the app again for different devices?
