Is the iPhone 4s or iPhone 5 better? Why?

I'm getting one this week and I have the option of getting the 5 and no extra spending money or the 4s and getting $100 for whatever else I need. Is it reall worth getting the 5? Why or why not

How to find out iPhone data usage?

I get 250MB a month and I don't want to go over. I used to have an app called 3G watchdog on my android which told me exactly what percentage I had used of my data and warned me if I had almost used it all. I know the thing in settings>general>usage whatever, but I think that counts Wi-Fi as well. I can't find any apps that will show me exactly how much of my monthly data I have used!

My aunt had recently went from Thailand bringing home of what she thought was the real "iPhone 4S". When she booted it up and asked me to download apps for the phone, I wasn't able to because I found out it was a fake iPhone. Since she didn't want to waste any money buying another iPhone and she wants to make use of this fake iPhone, she requested me personally to just install any Android OS on the said phone.

Since I didn't know how, I looked the issue up on the internet. I saw threads that said that it is and it isn't possible to do so. I came to Yahoo! Answers to get a personal answer.

If it is possible, it would be possible if you were to contact me and give me a step-by-step D I Y process of installing Android.

Please also be advised that I'm not too good on these software installation stuff.

2 year contract for verizon iPhone?

One of my friends has had a droid for about a year and 4 months and wants to get the new iPhone 5 or the iPhone 4s. He currently has verizon as his carrier and wants to continue using verizon. He asked me earlier this week if he could still get the 2year contract deal for a new iPhone even though he still has 6 more months for his 2year contract with the droid. I had no idea what to tell him and am curious to know as well. Can anyone help?

Does texting use data on iphone 4s?

I just got an iphone 4s and i have a limited amount of data. I recently tested if texting uses data and it shows that the send and received increases as I send or receive a text message.under 'Cellular Network Data'.Is this true?

Itunes is asking me to restore my iphone?

I just upgraded to the latest itunes and as it was downloading, my computer shut off. When I turned it back on my phone screen was frozen on the apple and a white "loading" bar that would not load even when i plugged it back in. My itunes didn't recognize my iphone and when i finally got it unfrozen, it told me i needed to restore my iphone. I'm not worried about my apps or music because i had just synced those, but i'm more worried about my contacts and pictures. I have 3 thousand pictures since the last time I synced and this time it did not download my pictures when I synced my iphone. I don't want to lose those pictures i have all of my christmas and holiday pictures on there and i would be absolutely devastated to lose them. Is there anything that i could do? (I have an iphone 5 if that makes any difference)

Skype sign in via facebook clashes with iphone app sign in?

I have signed into a skype account via my facebook login details (on a PC).
I now have downloaded the app on my iPhone, but can't sign into the app with this facebook details like i do on the PC

Any help, since i have added contacts to this (fb) skype and would like to use this on my mobile device also

My New iPhone 5 Has No Sound?

My iPhone 5 has sound through the speaker when I use Siri or review ringtones. This was a NEW iPhone 5 for Christmas and it has the iOS update 6.0.2. I have the volume all the way up, Sounds are on and my phone will not play a ringtone when I receive a text message or a call. My sister and my brother's iPhone 5's do, but not mine. It can't be the settings for I reset my iPhone's settings. I will PERFECTLY hear Siri or when I click on a ringtone to choose it. But everything else like lock sounds, keyboard sounds and tones when I receive a message or a call will not play. Volume is max, sound setting is on and still nothing. If anybody have a fix for this please let me know.

IPhone 5 data doesn't work when Wi-Fi is switched on

Okay this is weird. I know a lot of people have the problem of their Wi-Fi turning off and racking up an expensive data bill BUT here's my issue: my Wi-Fi works fine at home, no issues. The problem starts when I'm not in a Wi-Fi area and I'm using data. I seem to not have a responsive Internet connection UNLESS I go into settings and switch the Wi-Fi button to off (even though I'm not even using it).It's so annoying! It's not like I do not have service because I sometimes even have full bars and even then web pages and apps that require data won't load. Anyone else?
