CRAIGSLIST CHECK SCAM OR NOT?

I'm selling my iphone 4 on ebay, I was asking 400$ for it and this guy texts me and says he will pay 500$ and send it in the Mail, now he says he lives in redding Cali and his area code matches his phone #, also he talks normally and says that he will have someone pick up the phone AFTER the check clears so I won't be giving up the phone until, after the check clears, I've read about scams, should I deposit the check or get it verified of what?

Why can't I download apps on iPhone for free?

I have Installous in my phone but Installous does not have all the games that I want to download.
Also, some apps in Installous can't be downloaded because they say "View this app in APP STORE" or something like that.
Are there any ways I can download all the apps that is also in the APP STORE for free?

Is there any possible way to block a number from texting you on the iPhone?

This guy I used to be friends with keeps texting me bad messages and it's creating problems with me and my boyfriend. Is there any way I can block this number from texting me? I have AT&T and I don't want to pay $4.99 a month for smart limits just to block one number. Is there an app or a feature on the iOS6?

I have an iphone 4s 32GB. I had added photos and videos from my old laptop and now that laptop is no more, dead. I have bought a new laptop. How can I add more photos to iphone, because if it connects to new computer, the old photos will be deleted. I searched for a solution for this problem but… No way. Can anybody know about this, please help.

Do all new iPhones come with iOS 6?

I'm getting an iPhone 4s for Christmas, and I was wondering what software it came with. It's new, so would it come with iOS 5 or iOS 6? Either one is fine, currently my iPod touch it has iOS 4.2.1!
