Appe id? Credit card info? What info should i put?

I just brought a iphone and its the first time i buy an iphone. While i'm doing my apple id they wanted my credit card info so i can buy apps and i don't know what info should i put? Should i put the 16 numbers that are on the front and my credit card password or i should put the numbers on the back of my credit card (7 number)? What info should i put i don't want to get robbed? And when i buy an app what info should i put?

IPhone 4s Data Usage/Siri

Does talking on my iPhone use data?
I have a data tracker app (Data Wiz)
Today I check my usage, it said I used 750% of my daily allowance?
All I did today is talk on the phone today for a combined 3 hours and I was connected to Wi-Fi?

Also, for 3-4 days now Siri hasn't been working.
I can ask anything from weather, directions, or to make a phone call and each time she responds "Uh oh, something went wrong, can you try again?" Is this a glitch because My software is up to date?

Garageband for Iphone? Can you?

There's a garage band app for the iphone 5. My laptop has no memory left. I mean not a mega! Therefore I can't record my songs on my laptop. (I compose)

MY QUESTION IS:
Can I record my guitar and my voice in different sections and mix them together in the iphones garageband? Using its built in mic?

I just don't want to spend the money, if its not going to work.

My iphone can't connect to my home Wi-Fi?

In the past i always managed to connect, but recently it's been asking me for a username and password to connect; and i only ever had a password so i have no idea what the username is… I've tried putting 'admin' and the SSID of the modem/router into the username field but it never worked.

Why isn't my facetime cellular working?

I have an iPhone 4 running ios 6 on Verizon. And whenever I try to facetime my sister or whoever when I don't have Wi-Fi it never let's me! I'm facetiming her and then it says "no network connection" and it tells me to connect to a Wi-Fi network.
