So, I recently got the new Two Door Cinema Club CD and I really wanted to import it to my iTunes to put on my iPhone. It won't get on my phone. I don't even use iCloud and whenever I try to turn off the option 'Show iTunes in the cloud purchases' it takes away everything. How do I just download my new CD?

I'm planning to buy the iphone5 or possibly the SG3 in a couple of weeks but I'm a bit confused on a couple of issues regarding the carriers and their plans.

I made a new account on Instagram and I'm having trouble.
I can't follow people. Whenever I click "follow" the app crashes. It isn't my device because I've tried on my sisters iPod, my iPod, and my iPhone. On my other accounts, the follow button works fine. I tried deleting the app in re-installing, restarting the app, logging out and back in, etc.
I emailed Instagram but they usually don't reply.
How can I make it so people will just get a busy signal INSTEAD of voicemail whenever I'm on the phone with someone else?
I know that I could not be able to make calls, use the cellular network data or text, though I hear there are apps for that, but would I still be able to use the ipod features, browse through safari and the app store, as well as download apps and use them, while on a Wi-Fi network and take photos and videos even after deactivating its sim card? I'd just like to activate the one on my old phone but continue to use the iphone, I guess like an ipod touch, if you will.
