Will an 8GB iPhone be enough?

My 18th is approaching and I'd absolutely love an iPhone, unfortunately(not meaning to sound ungrateful), I can only afford the 8GB version. I have around 2GB of music which I store entirely on my iPod so I won't be holding any music other than a ringtone on my iPhone, it would be for Facebook and a few games. I simply can't afford a 16GB iPhone.

What do you think, would 8GB be enough? I'll be regularly clearing it and keeping my music stored on my iPod rather than my iPhone.

Samsung Galaxy SIII or iPhone 5?

I know many people have asked this already but I have done research and I'm still indecisive. I thought it would be easier if I was given recommendations based off of my interests.

I know Android well, and I like it a lot, and I think it's fun changing roms, kernels, and doing other things when rooted, and I have never had an iPhone and have barely used one, and I know nothing about iOS. I like how Android is free and has customization, and scans for media all over the device, and I dislike how iPhone must use iTunes, but that's not really a big deal to me.

From research I have found the S3 has a better processor, and 1 more GB of ram, but is that really necessary? Mainly the iPhone's looks is what is making me want the iPhone more. I like how the iPhone is smaller and has a much better looking screen. But I have never used an iPhone and I have read that iOS has a lot more restrictions than Android. Is it that much worse? Does jailbreaking an iPhone give me as customization as a rooted Android phone? Besides flashing custom firmware obviously. I also don't mind that the iPhone doesn't have expandable storage.

If I get an iPhone when never using iOS before will I be disappointed?

Added (1). I also like the back and menu buttons on Android. Is it easy to adjust to not having those?

Return my Galaxy S3 for an iPhone 5?

I have been a user of iphones for over 3 years now and to be honest i find them kind of boring. I recently bought a galaxy s3 and really like it. However i have been having some problems such as apps crashing, the phone not turning on from standby, and the battery draining overnight. Also my next upgrade is in June 2014 and by that time i don't know how good the S3 will be by then. Most androids seem to slow down a lot after a year and i don't want to be stuck with an outdated phone for awhile.

Is it safe to put color on a cracked Iphone?

I cracked the back of my Iphone 4S a couple weeks ago, and I was wondering if I could color the back of it so it looks cool and stuff? My mom said that it might not be a good idea, but I wanted to see if this was true

Will my CUT nano sim get stuck inside iPhone 5?

My carrier refuses to sell me a nano sim without a contract. I have to cut my normal sim down to nano sim size. I've heard it'll still fit despite being thicker. Once inside, will my cut nano sim get stuck?
