I went to a concert a few days ago and took some videos. When i got home to watch them, my iPhone wouldn t let me watch some videos they are just white and it comes up with the notification saying;
Unable to play video - this video can't be played because the file format is unsupported.
how do i fix it and save the videos? They are really important to me. I have a windows 10 laptop if that helps!
Every time I open my messenger Facebook app it closes immediately. The app has the most recent update installed, I have deleted and reinstalled the app, updated and restarted my mobile, checked my storage and have plenty of space free, and all my other apps are in working order. Any suggestions?

It says its $99.99 for a "2 year service agreement" What does this mean. Then when i change it it says "easy pay" It says 0.00 down… What is that? Then it says $22.92 Per month… I'm confused.

I have broken headphones from an iphone over warranty and a current iphone that is under warranty so will they know if i take those earpods and the newer phone?
also the headphones have a bit of rubber that came off the bottom near the headphone jack, but the actual wire is not damaged, its just the bit that is around the wire (it worked when the rubber came off)
My Ipod Classic w/160gb has died as of yesterday. It was my trusted friend for over 6 years (got it in 2011) and now its gone. I had an emotional connection with that thing.
ANWAYS lol, i'm not really a big fan of the Ipod touch, there's too much going on and it feels like its just an iphone without the phone part. This is why I loved the Ipod classic, pure music/videos, sturdy, physical buttons instead of touch screen, easy to use. I also don't want the smaller ipods because I prefer something that I don't feel like ill break if it hits a wall.
My question is, is there another music player that has the sturdy feel of an ipod classic, has enough room for 3000+ songs, compatible with Itunes, budget friendly.im not looking to pay more than $200.

So i go on Incognito a lot (I don't do anything bad). I don't like the history being stored andamp; all that. I read Fan fictions, i go on Facebook, Twitter, andamp; that's all. I was on Facebook the other day (Incognito) My "Step-Dad" Said, "She's on private again" andamp; before he has said, "Incognito doesn't make your things private". Could he be trying to scare me? Or could he be watching what i was doing from his iPhone or laptop? He seem's to only confront me when he is on his phone or laptop.Andamp; he has access to everything. But, i honestly doubt he has a key logger thing. I use Google.

Added (1). I sold my iPhone 6s cuz I'm waiting for the new one when it comes out. I had my iPhone backed up last time on iOS 10.3. Now my question is that as the iOS software changes to 10.3.2 or eventually even higher, is there a way to update the backup software with out the use of an iPhone.Somehow through the computer?
