Unknown data usage on iPhone 4S?

My family and I all have smartphones (all iPhones except one) and on our phone bill, it says that we're already at 6.7 GB, in 15 days… Looking further into it, I noticed that on each phone, data was being used every hour. Like anywhere between 1 and 19, 000 KB being used exactly every hour. Like 3 KB at 1:49, 15 KB at 2:49, 7 KB at 3:49 in the morning. KB's aren't a lot, but when you have 6 devices using KB's every hour, it really adds up.

Will an iphone 3gs sim card work for an iphone 4 if i cut it?

My dad has an an unlocked iPhone 3GS and has no data plan, just texting and calling. I want to give him my 4, which is not yet unlocked. Can he use it if he cuts his sim card to fit into an iPhone 4? And will they charge him if he uses the internet?

So I'm on an AT&T family plan and something came up and the main lines aren't gonna be able to pay their bill and our phones are gonna get disconnected. I barely had this iphone for about 2-3 weeks and it sucks that its gonna get disconnected. I was just wondering if I will able to reconnect it or will it just be locked? What's the best thing to do in this situation? Can I try Connecting it to other companies or do I have to stay with AT&T?

What are some good iPhone 5 cases that aren't bulky?

I know that the otterbox is very bulky and I'm not a very big fan of that. I'm looking for suggestions of cases that are not big and clunky but still provide protection. I'm a 15 year old boy so I would prefer black, grey, or clear cases.
