Are iphone plans really expensive?

I've decided i'm aiming for an iphone 4S because i don't want to spend so much money on the iphone 5. Are the iphone plans SUPER expensive and how much does it cost monthly?

How to activate iphone 3gs on ios 6

I had my iphone unlocked and it was on ios 4.01, but stupid me updated my iphone to ios 6, forgetting that it would jack up my phone. After updating it to ios 6, my phone restored and is stuck on activation mode but keeps saying it won't read my sim (I've tried using the original AT&T sim, still dsnt wrk)

So I was wondering if I buy a new AT&T sim card online that hasn't been activated yet,
and place that sim card in my iphone,
would it allow my iphone to properly activate
and also, would I be able to unlock it later?

How to protect my iPhone in the cold weather?

Winter is approaching and as a long distance runner, I like to track my runs using Nike plus but I find my iPhone shuts down even when it is not empty in the winter because it is too cold. Is there any way to keep my iPhone warm when running outside in the winter. Where I live winter temp is around -5 to -20 degrees Celsius.

I can't open images sent by others from Whatsapp?

I'm using an iphone 3gs and when my frd sends a photo to me, i can only see the small image loading but when it finishes loading the screen jumps back to the main menu (out of the app) of my phone.
i couldnt open the photo and its not saved to my phone at all.
i've tried reinstalling yet it still didn't work. Is it sth to do with the mobile network and how can i fix it?

Why does my iPhone 4S battery die so quickly? - 2

I have an iPhone 4S with the latest update. I turned off location and system services and everything that could possibly be draining the battery, but it still dies fast. According to the usage tab, I have only had my phone charged for 6 hours and it's already at 30% (with a lot of use though). Why does my phone die so quickly?
