Someone sold me a iphone 4 for at&t on craigslist and now i can't use it for at&t because att told me it was reported as stolen. Would i be able to use the phone on another carrier such as straighttalk or net10 or some other third party network?

I've received a iPhone which has been dropped and stopped working. I've fixed most of the things and its working fine now. I've replaced the dock connector and the home button but the home button still doesn't work. I've tried with 2 brand new dock connector and two home buttons but still doesn't work.currently i'm using assistive touch. Any idea how to fix? Please Help. Thank you
Added (1). I've also fully restored the phone to iOS 6.0.1. Still not working?
Added (2). I've re calibrated the home button and its a brand new one, dock connector is also brand new. So what could be the problem?

I have an iPhone 3GS and constantly get alarms or push notifications going off ON TOP of my phone call. My phone will vibrate and I'll hear the tone in my ear louder than the caller. Is there anyway to change a setting to make it not do that while I'm on a call?
Hi, I just got an iPhone 5 and it is my first smart phone. I work at a small organization (so no IT department or person) and I would like to receive my work email on my phone. It is in Outlook, only the desktop program, not online. I have many folders in Outlook for different messages as well, so i would like those to be imported.
