I was just wondering because I found some good ones on Ebay but I want to know more about them. Do I just need internet connection for certain things I ask it? Like maps or looking something up? But not for making a note or sending a text?

Every time I plug in my iphone to my computer and itunes comes up I get this message
"Itunes could not back up the iphone because the backup was corrupt or not compatible with the Iphone."
What does this mean? And why can't I backup my iphone?

My mom was hinting to me that I might get an iPhone for Christmas. What color is a better one for me? Black or white? I don't want to be called gay or anything for having the white one. I know its not my fault, but i really wish i wasn't so spoiled and ungrateful. I got an iphone 4 for christmas last year, and it started having problems. My parents offered to buy me an iphone 5 for this christmas but i refused, because i really don't want any new iphone. So my mom got me another iphone 4, but my dad used it for a couple months, and i just feel like crying because its not brand new. I'm trying to stop but i can't, the feeling won't go away. I hate being this way.
Now it won't play music and when people call me I can't hear them. I know that the sound still works because it works with the voice memo thing, and music will play if I play it from the lock screen. I tried turning it off and it's been sitting in rice for like 8 hours so I don't know what else to do.
