Transferring my Iphone 4 data to my new Iphone 5?

I recently just bought the iphone 5. I was wondering if i took my sim card from the 4 it would not get rid of my secret folder info. Please tell me how to transfer the data without losing the info.

How long does it take for a iphone to restore?

Ok so i jailbroke my iphone 4 a couple of weeks ago and it was coo n all. But i heard of the consequences or whatever and i was freaking tf out man. So i tried restoring it on my own but "Error" kept popping up, then i decided to go to this store by my school which basically repairs all types of stuff, i told them my problem and left my phone there but they said it might crash! Wtf so how long does it take for a restore?

Tried to jailbreak ios 6 on iphone 4?

The phone turned off at one point and now I can't turn it back on. Tried different outlets, plugged it into the computer and nothing happened, it doesn't show up on iTunes either. My lock button on top is also broken so I can't even restart it that way!

Added (1). I was able to jail break it, and use Coda to add Cydia. Cydia wasn't opening properly on the phone, so I tried to restore the phone. The phone restored but shut off and stayed off. I think I pretty much screwed the whole thing up: x

Added (2). Thank you for your answers. I realize the tethered jailbreak does not have Cydia, I used a different program for that. Regardless, that's far from the issue. I'm just going to assume I won't get it back on and sell it on e-bay for parts/as is I guess.

I updated my iphone to ios6. When I plugged my iphone into itunes to download music to my phone it says I needed to update itunes. So I did that but then it won't let me install itunes without updating my computer. I have an old macbook and it won't let me download the software. How can I update itunes so I can download my music to my iphone

Restore my Iphone to get rid of IOS 6?

I hate IOS 6. I just want my old google map app and my old you tube app back. If I restore/reset my Iphone 4 will I lose the IOS 6 update and get back my old apps?

IOS 6 storage space on iPhone?

I have a 16 GB iPhone 4 with about 5.5 GB of storage left on my phone. I've been thinking about updating my iPhone but I read that it takes up like 2 GB of storage on the phone and I don't want to update just to be left with only 2-3 GB left. Is this the case? Will I get that space back when the download is over? I'm just curious.

App Store on Iphone doesn't show my app updates?

My iphone 4 all of the sudden said i have an update so i went to update an app and it says its refreshing then stops and no update shows up. The app store just says "updates" on the top and its white where the update should be. Anyone else have this problem? Any fix? Links to fix?

What does the iphone plan cost so much?

So I have ATT and I'm currently eligible for an upgrade. I want to get the new IPhone 5 but when I tried to order it on Apple.com, it said that my plan would be $70 a month for talk and $30 a month for data. Since when did you have to pay $100 a month for your IPhone plan. That's outrageous! I checked the plans for the IPhones 4 and 4s and they were the same. Can someone please explain this to me?

Added (1). There are three iphone 4's (not 4S's) on my family ATT account all currently paying $30 a month.
