I just got a new laptop and my iphone is attached to my old computer thats not working. I want to know if there's a way for me to take all the music thats on my iphone and put it in my laptops itunes?

I have a Virgine Mobile (Canada) Galaxy Gio, on a 35$/month prepaid plan, and i was wondering if can take out the Sim card and reinsert it into an iPhone 4/4s? Also, would i have to jailbreak the iPhone?
I recently updated my iphone 3gs with the latest software and it deleted some of my contacts added numbers i don't know or ever seen before and mix some names and numbers up. I had some very important numbers and i need help of how i can get them back fast and why it has done this? I didn't update my cotacts to icloud so how can i get them back Please Help ME
My last 4s broke 4 days ago and my new one came in the mail today, every time I keep trying to update it, it won't got all the way through and cancel. It was just about to finish at 2 minutes after waiting almost 3 hours, and it canceled. What can I do to update it quicker? Also, how do I get the count of contacts when like you go to contacts and at the very bottom there's a count? It bugs me without it there. How do you get it on?

In april this year my IPhone 3GS has been randomly turning off when i do multiple thing and when I try and turn it on, it won't really turn on without it being plugged into the charger. I forgot to mention about 1wk before this started happening, i dropped my IPhone and it only has a little crack on the top left corner.
This problem has been really annoying me so I went into Apple at Carindale and told them about my situation. They said that I would need to backup and update the phone to see if that would work.
So this morning I did the update with no problems and it started working normally. 2 hours after using the phone after the update my phone was still on 100% battery life. I thought that was a little bit weird because i was using facebook, instagram and games and I thought the battery percentage would be down to about 70%.So I turned off the IPhone and see what would happen when I try and turn it on. Half way when I was turning it on, it decides to turn off. I plug it into the charger and It decides to turn on. Then I discovered something. When I turned it off, it was 100% but when I turned it back on it was down to 82% means it's not showing on my IPhone the right percentage, its just showing the percentage when it as lastly changed and it would stay at that percentage. I went online to see if anyone had the same problem and I found someone saying to reset your settings in the ph, so I did that and it has kinda been ok so far, but just had one turn off.
Just before I started typing thi question, I turn it off and back on and see what happens, I had no problems and now the battery percentage is starting to down but really slowly. But i'm not too sure if it will be like this for long.
What do I do? Is there anything else I could do? I was thinking of taking it into apple once again or maybe get a new IPhone 3GS battery.
My 2 year plan is up(verizon) in a few months and i'm elligable for an upgrade. I want an iphone 4 cuz i heard the price has gone way down since the 5 came out. Some one told me that if you have an upgrade, its free.i've also heard that its 100 dollars… Anyone know!
It doesn't do this often (thankfully), but sometimes my iPhone randomly dies or loses a lot of battery for no reason. It will go from 70% to 40%, or sometimes 30% to 0%, when I'm not doing anything on it. I always turn off my apps after I use them, so nothing's on, and I rarely use Wi-Fi. Should I get my phone checked out?
