A year ago i got the iphone 4s from verizon, it has only been a year since my contract (2 years full). I was wondering if it were possible to upgrade to an iphone 5 and what will it cost aprox. Or do i have to wait another year
So just recently I started having this problem: The push notifications for my Facebook app have stopped making noise. I get the notifications and they show up on my screen but they don't make a noise anymore and when my phone is on vibrate it doesn't vibrate anymore either. I checked my settings as well and everything is checked and sound is ON.
I need to unlock my iPhone 4, what is a good site to jailbreak my iPhone 4 on, it has to be free and extremely safe.
I've been trying for a while to unjailbreak my iPhone 4S but I seem to be having a lot of problems. I can't restore it with iTunes because for some reason my computer won't detect my iPhone whenever it's in DFU or recovery mode. So I guess my real question is how can I make it so that my computer/iTunes will detect my iPhone while in DFU/recovery mode?
iTunes is at the latest version, my usb cable runs fine, the drivers and software are all up-to-date and installed properly. I'm really running out of ideas here and not sure what to do. I want to update my iPhone from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.1.1, but can't do that while my phone is jailbroken. I've already tried a custom IPSW update but that wouldn't work because my iPhone wasn't being detected while in DFU mode.
I currently have an iPhone 3Gs, and plan on getting a new iPhone. I heard the iPhone 5 came out recently starting at $199, which drops the iPhone 4s to $99 and the iPhone 4 to $0.
Which iPhone should I get with the most reasonable price? What are the differences between the 3 iPhones?
My iPhone 4 has been acting really strange lately. So I'm thinking if I reset my phone it'll go back to normal, but I'm scared that I'll lose my photos! Will all my photos get erased? Even though I have my iCloud back up on?
If I got an iPhone 4s, then got the iOS 6 upgrade when it comes out, what would be the difference between the 4s and the 5? Because I know that the 5 has panoramic camera, 3D maps, and improved siri, but these are all new features of iOS 6…

My iPhone fell out of my jeans pocket and into the toilet 3 nights ago. I pulled it out in about 20 seconds and immediately tried turning it on (I didn't know that you aren't supposed to). The screen turned on, flickered, and then I was left with the black screen of death.
It's been in rice since then, but it's not turning on or anything.
Is it possible that there's still liquid in my phone after 3 nights? What do I do?

I always had at&t. But i just got a new contract yesterday with verizon for the iphone 5. Which one is better? I'm not talking about better plans. I want to know who has better 4g lte, faster service, and whatever else i'm missing out.
