So i have an htc evo3d from sprint, i got the contract on october of 2011 (last year] and now i want to get the iphone 5.is there an early termination fee or anything like that or no? And if there's can you tell me what i'm going to have to do please.
Right now i have the iphone 4s with verizon but i'm getting the new iphone 5. Once i deactivate the 4s will it still work for like apps. Because i have alot of music in it. Or will it just shut off
I use the app of course and when i go to find friends it just suggests me friends and all that, how do i actually search for someone and not get suggestions? It will let me search for people in my state or from my school or work… But i can't figure out how to just type in a name to search for one person

I currently don't know when my next free upgrade is. I'm with Verizon. I want to upgrade to an iPhone 5. I heard the iPhone 5 is $199 with a free upgrade. How much does Verizon charge to get an early upgrade? And how much will that cost all together with the phone, cost of upgrade, and taxes.
I can't decide… I was going to wait for it to actually come out, where reviews would already be out because I don't know if I want the iPhone 5 or samsung galaxy s3.
My brother has the samsung galaxy s3 & I don't really like how big it is, in general I don't like the phone.
But my friend has the iphone 4 and she charges it 2x a day which is ridiculous.
I want to get an iPhone and use Petro-Canada's mobile service, which uses Rogers' network (http://mobility.petro-canada.ca/en/features/396.aspx) it is a prepaid service, and i'm using because its cheap, but i guess no data for me (all data plans are expensive, and Petro Canada mobility only offers "Unlimited Mobile Browsing", which is really only for websites and such, not apps - it differs from Data)
Anyway, they say that in order to use my own unlocked phone with their mobile service, it has to be GSM compatible, and the iphone is (iPhone 4S).
Anyway, i did a little research about what GSM is, but i couldnt really understand, some say its a Data and Cellular service, and and some say its only a cellular service (only for calls and SMS, not related to data and mobile internet).
So now i'm confused, what is GSM?
is it data and cellular-related or just cellular-related?
Same questions go with 3G, is it a data-related thing? Or data AND cellular related?
Can you have 3G internet/data service with a GSM mobile network?
also, what is the difference between 4G and LTE (shouldnt they be the same)? And what's the difference between 4G HSPA+ and just 4G or LTE?

Okay so i backed up my ipod touch 4th generation files such as music, apps, notes, pictures, etc to itunes and i was wondering if i can restore it all to an iphone, especially the new iphone 5

How does it work because i just bought a 4s in the beginning of august because i thought the iPhone 5 wasn't going to be a big difference but it has lte and other cool stuff anyways.
