I have a verizon upgrade so i'm going to upgrade my 4S to the 5 because i want to sell the 5 on Ebay. I chatted with people at Verizon and they told me that you have to activate any upgrade within 14 days of receiving it or else you get charged full price for it. So i will activate it and then immediately re-activate my 4S on that line and then sell it. Anyone see any problems with the plan?
I tried clicking manually manage too, but it still says it will delete all of my songs, I have an iphone 4s and presumably the newest version of itunes.
Added (1). I don't have the same computer i originally synced my phone with.
So i spilt coke on my iphone 4 and it wouldn't turn on then it finally did in the morning but then when i tried listening to a voice mail the screen goes black when i put it up to my my ear like it should but when i take it away from my ear and look at it the little red light is still on and the screen is black like it thinks i'm still listening and that its on my ear so i press the home button and off button to shut it off i have to wait like another hour for it to turn back on… Its happened twice but not every time i listen to a voice mail also one time i tried using the camera and it froze i did the same and i still had to wait a hour or so i put it in my water heater room so it could dry… Does it turn it self off or freeze if you try using something on the phone that might have coke or water in it until that part drys then you can use it again? How long will this keep happening until the coke is dry or the freezing goes away? Or is it just broken? Can this problem be repaired?
So basically i want to get the new iphone 5, when i do i plan to use my previous phone backup. The only thing i'm not really sure about is the fact that i'm currently using icloud. With my new iphone, can i go to my icloud account and get everything, or how does it work?
For those that still would be confused, I want my new iphone to have my old iphones backup, which is icloud.

If I bought an iPhone 5 from an apple store in America on a US network (PAYG) such as verizon, at&t etc. Would it work if I brought it back to the UK on o2, provided I get a nano sim on o2?

Would it work on 3G network if I was to just use my old contract because my current contract allows me to. I'm on 3
