Why are people paying so much for an iPhone 5 on eBay?

I saw that you can pre-order the iPhone 5 at the Apple Website for $200+
but people are paying $1000+ on eBay. Why is that? Why don't they just pre-order it themselves?

Iphone 4 does not work properly after replacement screen was put in

I do not know how to fix this.It appears that only the backlight is working on the screen. Nothing else shows up. The phone is recognized by itunes and I have already reinstalled the firmware. Any suggestions?

Getting the Iphone 5 at Apple store instead of Sprint

So i just have a quick question to ask, i haven't been to the phone store for a long time so i'm kind of behind with the mobile world! So i'm current have a family plan with my mom and dad a very cheap old plan so i'm paying 10 dollars right now, so now i want to cancel my phone in my parents plan to move to the data plan to get the iphone 5, but my mom want to buy the phone at apple store instead of sprint store, if i get mine at sprint i can cancel my 10 dollars plan in sprint and sign up a data plan there and transfer my number over to iphone 5, i was just wondering can apple cancel my 10 dollars plan and sign me up to a new data plan?

it is a very faint light up, but I can see from the inside that it is lighting up and from the outside it looks like a dark bluish hue.

Can I change the email for Apple to send my iPhone 5 confirmation to?

I typed in my Mom's email on the billing info section when I put in my pre-order a few minutes ago, but now I would rather have it go to the email that is on my iPhone 4 or iPad since she uses our internet providers email and I use iCloud.

Is 2GB data plan enough for iphone 4s or iphone 4?

Kay so I'm getting either the iPhone 4s or the iPhone 4, and I was wondering if the 2GB Data Verizon plan was enough because I don't want to raise my parents phone bill. Basically the only things I would be doing is:

Surfing the Web
(I go on at least 5 to 10 websites a day)

Listen to music
(I tend to listen to a lot of music while doing homework for about two or three hours a day)

Checking my email
(I get 10 to 12 a day for two email accounts)

watch videos on YouTube
(at least 1 or 2 a day and at the most there 6:00 minute videos)

And using/downloading apps
