T-mobile iPhone 5 ~~ iOS 6.1.3 ~~ tethered jailbreak?
I want to jailbreak my tmobile iPhone 5, I was wondering if after I get my phone tethered, if I wanted to take off the jailbreak--- would it affect my phone after I restore (performance, speed, etc.)
- I just want the jailbreak for a couple of weeks and basically what I want to know if my iphone runs any risks after I restore it from the tethered jailbreak?
I don't really get why you would want to take it off or why you would want a tethered jailbreak. But anyway you can't jailbreak any A5 device on 6.1.3 nor can you downgrade them using shsh blobs and no a restore or software upgrade will totally get rid of a jailbreak as if it was never there. All A4 or below devices can get a tethered jailbreak on 6.1.3 but its best to wait until summer for the iOS 7 jailbreak.
- What's the difference between a tethered and an untethered jailbreak? I know one means if you restart the iPhone, it will get stuck on the apple logo during reboot. I want the one where you can restart it with no problems and I won't have to lose any data
- What is the difference between tethered unlock and untethered? I just tethered unlock my iphone 3gs and from what i know unlock means you can use any carrier, what's the difference between the two? I unlocked my iphone coz local sim here in the philippines doesn't work with iphone.
- Tethered to Untethered iPhone jailbreak? I understand that there's a tool in Cydia if you are currently using tethered jailbreak you can change to untethered jailbreak by downloading that tool. May I know what is the name of the tool and whether it still work for iPhone 4 iOS 6?
- Tethered Jailbreak For ios 6.1.3? I have an iPhone 4S and I want a temporary jailbreak to hold me off until IOS 7 comes out so I need a TETHERED Jailbreak for ios 6.1.3 and one that actually works unlike some of them. It would be pretty helpful it you provided a link too.
