I have about 150 MP3 files that are 256 kbps. I want to fit all of them on a CD, so I need to change them to 128 kbps. However, every converter I've downloaded has limits, such as only a few at a time or only part of the file. ITunes makes a bunch of duplicates that are hard to sort out from the original. It's not a big thing I want to do. I just need to reduce the size of all these files. How do I do that easily and for free?

I had an interview via Skype for an out of state job. The company's Internet was down so they had to use their iPhone to talk to me via FaceTime. The interview went TERRIBLE! We kept loosing the connection due to issues on their end. I couldn't hear the questions they were asking, I had to ask them a few times to repeat the questions and actually went "blank" on a few questions just because I was a little flustered from not being able to hear the entire question fully.
They told me they would have a decision made by Friday. I'm from out of state so I figured they would at least want me to fly there and meet with them if they were interested. I also feel like if I was really a "top choice" candidate they would have rescheduled the interview. I feel I was at a disadvantage.
