ICloud Photos Question?

I don't need iCloud and want to toggle off the iCloud Photos toggle so that it can stop backing up my camera roll, but, will I still have my entire camera roll on my phone?

Added (1). No, I'm not going to add my photos to Google Photos, dude. I just made it clear that I've already backed up my camera roll onto something else but would wish to still keep my entire camera roll on my IPHONE. I just want to know if toggling off iCloud Photos would make me accidentally allow it to delete everything in my camera roll.

Added (2). I have already backed up the stuff. I would only like it to stay on my iPhone. Are you saying that my videos and photos in my camera roll begin to be deleted after thirty days if I do toggle off iCloud Photos?

If I get someone an iTunes gift card, can they use it to buy movies and then watch those movies on AppleTV?

I haven't really been able to find a practical answer on any Apple site or forum. My brother buys & rents a lot of movies via his AppleTV. I want to get him an iTunes gift card but am not sure if buying movies on the AppleTV works through iTunes. Would an iTunes gift card work for this purpose? I know it may have to be redeemed on a phone/computer but I want to know if it can then be used on the AppleTV.

Help with travel adapter and voltage?

I bought a travel adapter (not a voltage converter, just a simple adapter) and it says "Suitable for small appliances and portable electronic equipment up to 1430w on the 110v system & up to 2990w on the 230v system."

I know that USA typically uses the 110v system and that my iPhone adapter (wall plug) is suitable for 100v-240v, but the travel adapter says maximum 230v.

Can I use it safely because my iPhone charger is dual voltage or is it unsafe because it goes up to 240v?

Where do random lost property go?

Example, if a bunch of kids were play fighting and one of their iPhones fell underneath the car behind the tire and they never found it. Where do i hand it in to? I was thinking the police station or the council.

How do I identity the manufacturer/tower of my SIM card?

I have 4 iPhones here. We're going to Spain/Portugal/cruise and Consumer Celluar told me that I need a T-Mobile SIM card for roaming there. (Yes I'm also using Wi-Fi calling, and Skype for other things.) I think I switched out for an ATT, because of issues. So - among the four of them - how do I tell which are ATT and which are T-Mobile?
