What is the iPhone voicemail application that says your name?

I have heard of a free iPhone app in which you can set your voicemail to simply say "(Your name) can't answer the phone right now, leave a message." Yes, I know I can create recorded message of my own, but I'm looking for this app or a similar one to it… Any help would be appreciated!

IPHONE Help. My iphone keeps freezing and turning off?

Argh. So, I used to have an iphone 3gs on contract, and one day I dropped it on the carpet and it never switched back on again, and no place could fix it so I bought a second hand 3g to keep me going until my contract ended, the 3g I bought was 2 years old so it's slow, freezes sometimes, and the battery life isn't great but I've never had any serious problems with it…

Until now… The volume button must be stuck because the volume goes up on its own all the time, also the top lock button must be jammed because it used to lock on its own while I was in the middle of something, and it used to to come up where you had to slide to switch the phone off. So yeah I realised some of the buttons were broke/jammed, but if I gave it a little nudge on a hard surface (not very hard at all) it would stop doing it for a couple hours or so… But now it's randomly started switching off whilst I'm in the middle of doing something, but not just switching off a white screen comes up, and sometimes if has lines on it… I can't explain it but i'm sure you know your stuff about iphones you will know what I mean. Infact I'll upload a photo…

Here is the photo; image

Should I take it to the apple store, or to another phone place to get it fixed, do you think it even can be fixed? Or is it not worth paying when I could probably get another second hand one for around £80?

I just need something to tide me over until my contract ends in november… And the only phone I'm interested in having is an iphone so…

any tips and advice would be really appreciated so Please and Thank you!

Iphone activated with Straight Talk sim card?

So i've heard that you can buy a iphone from AT&T, Tmobile and i think Verizon and can buy a Straight Talk sim card, pop it into your phone and your phone is now activated with Straight Talk so it's where you only pay $45 a month (Unlimited Minutes | Unlimited Data | Unlimited Messages) But my question is can i buy the iphone with a 2yr contract then insert the Straight Talk sim card which i was planning to do. Or do I HAVE to buy the iphone without a contract ($450.00) to be able to do so? Sorry for making this so long but i need to know.

Fanfiction.net site not working on my Apple devices iPhone, iPad, and iTouch etc?

Ok I was browsing on fanfiction.net for like a couple of hours on my home Wi-Fi with my iPhone, then all of the sudden it won't load the page. So turn off my Wi-Fi setting on my iPhone to 3G and it the site load up. So what is the problem? All other sites seem to work fine using Wi-Fi on my iPhone but, fanfiction.net is not working on Wi-Fi. Is the site going through some update or something?

Every time I try to turn my iPhone 4s off, it turns back on by itself?

Right now I've been trying to turn off my iPhone 4s but every time I try it comes back on by itself. Not sure what's wrong with it. And has anyone else had this problem?

Details:
-iPhone 4s (16gb)
-Updated
-Purchased in November 2011

And recently I had another problem. My sound wouldn't play out loud but could only play if I plugged earphones in it and sometimes when I listened to music it would stop. But the problem was fixed by itself.
