I'm a seller on eBay and recently sold an iPhone on eBay. However, today the buyer opened a case saying that the screws are missing from the bottom of the phone and the ear piece cover is missing. These things were shown in the photos of the listing so am I in the wrong for him not seeing this or is he?

Best way to seek permanent residency in Australia?
Added (1). I currently work as at Apple as Genius (computer technician effectively fixing mac's, ipads and iphones etc). I'm also currently doing a computer science degree which I'm looking to specialise in software development. I would like to move to Australia for many reasons (to much to write down here) but am looking for some advice on what is the most practical way to go?
Do I have a skilled job? Should I go out to Australia and accept the fact that I may need to move jobs after 6 months?
It's not really about me, but more about users who have the phone. Does it work well? How's the battery? I'm between medium and heavy, so the battery is a big one for me. But my phone has 3,000 mah. I have Verizon, but sometimes my sister has better reception than i do. I have the lg g2, so its weird. What's your final verdict?
My friend dropped my iphone 4 on the floor and the screen went blank, and it wasn't turning on i even tried holding the shut down and home button for a few seconds, when i got home i put it on charge and the apple logo appeared but it keeps showing the apple logo then going blank and showing the apple logo again, what's happened to it? How can i fix it? In school i did keep holding down the shut down button is that maybe why?

I just got this phone earlier today, and when I went to go download an app it said it couldn't connect to the AppStore. Everything else that requires Internet is working, because I'm connected to Wi-Fi. I tried shutting it off multiple times, and I updated it, but it still isn't working, any advice?
