Can you block an unknown caller on iPhone?

This guy keeps calling me on an unknown number harassing me and leaving me hateful voicemails. I can't block the number because he's purposely calling from an unknown number. Is there any other way I can get it so I don't receive calls from him?

Should I wait to buy the iPhone 8 after the holidays?

I have an iPhone 6 and with no contract and I have an amazing deal. I pay $67 for 10gb! I really want to get the iPhone 8 but I don't want to get a new plan because they don't have the one I have anymore ( it was a limited time offer).
I have the money for the 8 but I'm not sure if the Apple store in Canada will have have their phones on sale for either Boxing Day or Black Friday. Should I wait after the holidays that way it gives me an idea how much money I'll have?

Basically my uncle says he has an old phone he will give me if I figure out how to do it. His daughter let her ex boyfriend use it, and he set a passcode on it. No one knows the passcode.

How can I live with my huawei phone if it's very damaged?

On July 2018 I actually got very mad about something and I threw my phone so hard on the floor many times and then I was using iPhone… But I went back to huawei but it gets very hot in about only 10 minutes that it's been on and then I have to turn it off for it to cool down. And the battery gets down very quickly and it takes about 3 hours or more for it to charge completely. And they can't fix it. And I can't live without a phone… Impossible.
