What can I do about not getting paid?

I was babysitting for this woman for a while and they ended up moving, so we made plans to meet up so she could give me the money she owed me. I can't remember why, but we ended up not being able to meet so she said she would send me a money order. It's been a little over two weeks and I haven't gotten it yet, so I've been blowing up her phone. She refuses to reply or call me about it even though I can see that she read the message (thank you iphones!). She paid me under the table, so I'm not entirely sure what I can do at this point. She owes me a little over $400.

I want to take my iPhone for replacement?

My dad is taking me to Att store to replace it because it had had problems with microphone and activation. I sent it to Apple to see what it wrong and they said the Liquid Water damage indicators were triggered. It was only the internal ones, not the SIM card LCI. If my dad goes to att store and asks for a replacement, will they open my phone to see it?

P.S. I have the iPhone 5s

Please ANSWER FAST I'm ABOUT TO GO TO THE ATT STORE

My iPhone charger doesn't work?

At first I had a iPod 5th generation, and I think that charger lasted up to almost a year. I didn't take the charger out of my room or anything, so all I did when I came home from school was plug it in. I didn't do anything rough with the charger. It was the original iPod5 charger that came in its package. At first it wouldn't work unless I moved it to a certain spot. But it wasn't that much of a pain, until a couple days later when it took forever to finally get it into a position where it'll charge (I have to move the charger). Then it finally stopped working. I got another charger (bought it at Walmart since my iPod didn't have a warranty) and a few weeks later the same thing happened.

Then I got my iPhone 5s, and it's charger was working fine until a couple days ago. I can still charge it, but I have to move the charger around a lot. Another thing I realized is the port or cable or whatever it's called where I plug the USB cord in might be one of the reasons. I have a wall charger but since the ports there's so far from my bed, I use a small extendable thing, with only three ports. I use a cable (again I forgot what it's called) from Walmart because it allows you to charge more than one device at one. I tried plugging my iPod and my iPad together for a while and soon it started malfunctioning I guess. Somehow everytime my ipod stopped charging, my iPad would too. So I just took its original wall cable and plugged it onto the other side of the uh extendable port thing.

Added (1). The same thing happened with my iPhone. I had tried moving the phone around the room and stuff but that hadn't worked either… And I really don't want to buy a new charger. My parents will be angry with me if they found out I had broken yet another charger. Also the charger for my iPhone that I'm using currently is the original apple one.

Can using Wi-Fi at a public place be traced?

If I were using an iPod (not iPhone), and I connected to free Wi-Fi at a place like Starbucks, will it be easy to figure out whose iPod was used? Meaning, if I sent someone a message on Facebook, can they trace the IP address and find exactly where I was and what I used to send the message? Will my name from my iPod be attached to it?

Desktop mac won't boot up or connect to Wi-Fi?

It started out of nowhere. I hadn't done an update or anything. What happens is the mac will initially boot up and make the start tone. On the screen with the apple logo and spinning gear, a loading bar shows up for a few seconds and disappears. Then nothing happens for several minutes and I have to do a cold shut down to try again. It takes several tries to get the computer to actually completely boot up, and then the internet (Wi-Fi) doesn't work. It works fine on my iPhone and other computers in the house, it's just the mac that isn't connecting.

Sometimes everything works fine but it takes multiple tries.

We have OS X.
