I'm searching for a software to broadcast my laptop webcam on my iphone to watch for my pets when I'm not at home.
I found many application but they are free over your local Wi-Fi only once over 3g and outside home it is not for free. Before purchasing any of these apps, anyone knows any free one?

I got an iPhone charger at Target two days ago. I opened it today and it doesn't fit in my phone (I didn't realize it was for a 4 and I have a 4s). So I didn't really use it, but the box is torn because I had trouble opening it carefully (also didn't think I'd be returning it because it looks like my old charger).
Target is pretty far away and I don't want to go and find out I can't, so that's why I'm asking. I know I could call but it's after midnight and I'd like to know now before I go tomorrow morning.
(Side question: Do I return it at the customer service desk? Sorry, I've never done a return before).

I want to know what happens if I txt a number that I have blocked on my phone. Does it immediately unblock them or do they get my txts but I don't get their txts back? I have an iPhone 4s. Or is there a notification on the phone saying you have blocked this number do you wish to unblock them or does it just work as normal?

CUT INTO A LITHIUM ION PACK FROM AN OLD FIRST GENERATION IPHONE. Should i be worried?
About an hour ago, the lock button on my iPhone 4 completely stopped working. About 4 hours ago, I noticed the button becoming difficult to press and sticking, but it worked. Now it does not work at all so I enabled the AssistiveTouch from my settings. I was just wondering if I can replace the button somehow? Take it to an Apple store and have it fixed. If so how much would that cost?
I DO NOT WANT TO REPLACE MY PHONE. DO. NOT. My mother recently got her phone replaced and she told the store to transfer her pictures and contacts to her new phone. But they only transferred HALF of her contacts and photos. I DO NOT want that happening to me. I have over 1,100 photos and lots of precious notes saved. I have had this phone for about a year and 8 months, and this is the first problem I have had with it. Maybe because I've had it so long the button just wore out?
I have now become paranoid that my home button will break also and I won't have any way to get into my phone. If possible, could you tell me a way to access my phone if both buttons break?
Questions to be answered-
-Can the Auto-Lock button be replaced?
- If so, how much does it cost?
- If both my Auto-Lock and Home buttons are broken, how would I be able to access my phone? (Without plugging my phone in to charge it. What if I'm not anywhere near an outlet or charger? Like at a County Fair, or Sightseeing and I want to take a picture or respond to a text?)

The music I'm learning right now changes time signatures like every other measure, and my basic metronome app can't be adjusted for that. Is there an iPhone app that I can preset certain time signature changes so it'll mark the first beat of each measure?
Also, another piece has uncommon time signatures, such as 9/8, 7/8, and 6/4. If not an app for the issue above, maybe there's a metronome app that will play these? (By play I mean it will mark the first note of each measure with a different sound to distinguish the measure change)
