My iPhone got dropped a while back but it got fixed and now it isn't picking up Wi-Fi unless I'm less then 1 meter away from our Wi-Fi box? Is there anything I can do to fix this or will I have to reset my whole iPhone?

My iphone 4 is stuck in a bootloop. Its jailbroken with pangu, and its ios 7.1. I was intalling a cydia tweak, but then it said there wasn't any free space on the device. Then cydia had a button that said reeboot device. I clicked the button, and my iphone turned off. Then it showed the apple logo, but after a while, it turns off then on, and starts to reboot again. And its been doing this for an hour now. I tried cydia safe mode with the volume button, but it never entered safe mode. Is there any other way to enter safe mode? I really don't want to have to re-jailbreak my iphone.
