What is this 'app' and how do I delete it?

So I've recently downloaded IOS 12 on my iPhone 6s Plus and I had a look at the 'always allowed' section in screen time in settings. There was one app there under 'choose apps' that had no picture and was called '68FC781E6F2442A0BD5A8B0060A…' This 'app' doesn't come up anywhere else on my phone in any other settings, is my phone hacked or is this a spy app or something? How do I delete it for good?

Is there a way to stop Presidential Alerts from reaching my iPhone?

I turned off "Emergency Alerts" and "Amber Alerts" on my iPhone about a month ago.

I disconnected the SXM antenna so that my car stopped getting those damn alerts on my infotainment system.

My iPhone received two "Presidential Alerts" today.

Added (1). Yes, I know "Presidential Alerts" are not the same as "Weather" and "Amber" alerts.

Store alarm goess of for no reason?

I work at a local convenient store during the evening and night time.
For the past week when I finished my shift and lock the the store the alrm goes off. I don't reason the reason for this. I have never had this problem before. Its frustrating because I have to go back in store and call helpdesk and that takes time. The manager has called the engineer in. But I'm just curious does anyone know what could cause the alarm to go off? I have heard iphones can set alarms off. Interested to hear your thoughts
