How to transfer my iphones itunes library to me new PC?

I've tried several online tutorials and they all fail for one reason or another. Many years ago I was really good with computers but I apparently don't know anything anymore. I have an iphone with all my songs that was synced with a mac laptop but the laptop died, and now I've gone back to PC. The only option itunes gives is to wipe the phone and sync with my (new, non-existent) library. How on Earth do I transfer this music from iphone 5 to itunes installed on a PC? The PC is an authorized device in itunes. I tried Sharepod but it quit after 50 songs.

I've had no problems with this new PC until I tried this with Apple software. I swear, they keep things locked up tighter than a gnat's a$$… This shouldn't be this hard.

I dropped my iphone 5s in the pool for 2 seconds at the most?

I tripped outside and my phone hit the concrete then bounced in the pool.it was still floating when I grabbed it out so it was barely in there. I looked at the screen and it was pink-ish (because I was listening to a song and the album cover is hot pink) and there were horizontal lines. I instantly panicked and ran inside and put it in the rice. About two minutes later I realized I had forgotten to take the case off and I took the case off, sucked water out of the holes, wiped the excess water, and put it back in the rice. I tapped the home button and so no activity so I stopped and put it back in the rice. I know I shouldn't have hit the home button but I couldn't stop myself-- I instantly regretted it. But I searched google and saw that that doesn't always fry the phone so I'm trying to stay positive. I plan on keeping the phone in the rice for 48hrs. What concerns me is that from what I searched on google, people were able to power the phone down and slide the red "power off" button to turn off the device. I wasn't able to do that due to the horizontal lines and colors… Is that bad? I very upset by this.

Why can't my iPhone charger work?

Ok my iPhone charger won't charge the USB. So I kept wiggling my iPhone and it wud charge. Ok right now whenever I wiggle it it won't charge nothing. I moved it to a couple places and it won't charge. It keeps saying accessory not supported like what's wrong with it.

Dropped my iPhone 4s in the ocean?

I caught it before it washed away, but I tested it out and it seems to be working okay. The charger and headphones work as far as I can tell, and so does the screen. I'm wondering if I should take any further measures to make sure my phone will be alright? I read somewhere that saltwater is corrosive to iPhone components, but I also read that if you drop it in saltwater that you're supposed to rinse it with freshwater. Won't this damage the iPhone further? I don't wanna take any chances.

IPhone 4s power button doesn't work?

This just started happening last night out of nowhere. The round home button works with turning the phone on, but the power button at the top doesn't work at all. I have to wait for the phone to turn black by itself. The phone also randomly gives me the "slide to power off" screen as if I held down the top power button, or blacks out as if I pressed the top power button. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Restored my iphone. Unwanted apps keep downloading?

So, i just got a new iphone, i actually wanted it to be new, and not restore it. But i had to restore it because one of my apps from before had alot of data in it that of which i had put alot of effort into making. But anyhow, i only restored it for that one app. Everything else, i don't want. But everytime i finish deleting all the apps, i click sync and EVERYTHING COMES BACK! Like just GO AWAY. But yeah. So is there a way for me to delete the apps without the restoration to re-take place and then syncing it into my computer so i can back it up like that?
