I fell into a lake with my phone in my pocket, i took shut it off, put it in rice for about 24hrs and tried it, it turns on but the screen is unresponsive. I turned it back off and back into the rice it went, i was curious if anyone else hs had this problem. If it worked again after drying out more thoroughly?
I purchased an iPhone 4 second hand about 6 months ago, it was perfect and worked ok.
Since then the lock and home button have both broken, I have assistive touch enabled already but wondered of there's a way of me still using this puone?
I'm working on create an app for the iPhone right now but i need to create a few images first. I'd need to save them in.PNG format in order to drag those images into Xcode 5.1.1. I've been hearing that recently since GIMP 2.8, the software has become worse with upgrades? Doesn't save.PNG format anymore? How about bugs, spam, spyware with GIMP? Is it safe to use? I mean it is free instead of paying $500 for Adobe's photoshop so there must be a catch. What is it?

What are the pros and cons? What are low-cost alternatives?

So I'm trying to help my mum out with her iphone and for some reason when she attempts to update her apps trough the 'iphone app': app store it promts her to enter my fathers apple ID (which is currently inactive).
We've tried the "sign in/sign out" procedure which is "recommended solution" everywhere I look.

Okay so yesterday I almost got in trouble for cleaning my iphone it was brand new as a graduation gift and umm. Yesterday, I was using Windex To clean my iphone with but I didn't put the windex on the iphone but I took the windex and spray it on the paper towl. And cleaned it on the phone not directly to the iphone I told my mom this and she got a little mad that I use windex to clean my iphone because it had fingerprints and it had little spots on it. So, I wanna know If It's safe to use Windex to clean my iphone.
