Hi so i have an iPhone 5 running 7.0.6. I want to restore it through iTunes but don't wish to update it. I downloaded the ipsw from the internet and hoping that i can just restore it using that. Is it possible to do that?
I have a Iphone 4s, windows 7 Hp labtop.
I have reinstalled itunes many times and it will not connect. I put the phone in DFU mode and still will not connect to itunes. What it does is once it connects to the computer it will charge, open autoplay, and import pics. Its doen't open itunes once connected like it used to and when I open itunes and connect it, it still won't show up.
The only device on my itunes is my iphone ONLY, so that parts not the problem with different devices. Also when I connect my iphone goes to the do you trust this computer thing, I "Trust" and thats when it opens autoplay and imports the pics, but still will not show up on itunes.
I've also seen when I try to do personal hotspot to this computer through USB it just keeps going to the do you trust.
So I have no idea what's going on and I need help real quick.
In a year's time, I'm due to upgrade and the iPhone 5S seems like a good choice for me. I'm just wondering how much it will be contract here in the UK.
I want to buy a used Iphone 5 from craigslist and we want to meet up at the Sprint store(carrier) what type of things do I need to know about like asking questions?
So I currently have the iPhone 4s and I'm eligible for an upgrade. I don't want to upgrade my phone. I'm actually looking to downgrade and get a "dumber" phone. My phone bill is crazy and I don't want to be paying that much each month for a phone I barely even use! My phone carrier is AT&T and I wanted to know if anyone has a similar experience. Have the downgraded from a smart phone to a dumb phone? I honestly just need a phone to make phone calls and I think I can do that with any phone. I don't need an iPhone. I just want to make sure that I'm approaching the problem correctly and smartly. I was hoping someone can tell me what I can do.
I had forgotten i put my iphone in my back pocket and it fell into the toilet, within seconds I got it out and immediately put it in some (uncooked) rice. (Also in panicked rush i didn't wipe my phone down very much)
About 5 minutes later my phone just lit up randomly (?)
But it wasn't until about 15 minutes later I remembered you're supposed to turn your phone off and take the case off, so I went to do this and as I tried to turn my phone off it was already off.
Does this mean my phone is dead?
I have left my phone in the rice still (its only been a couple hours so far) Do you think my phone will be okay?
(I'll be v disappointed if my phone is dead as it was only in a small amount of water for a matter of seconds where as 2 years ago i dropped my phone in a swimming pool for almost 5 minutes!)
Why is my iPhone 5S getting hot?
So six black guys snatched my phone from my hand and took off running. I called the cops and filed the report.it was six months ago.yesterday i got a letter sayingan officer was assingned to investigate my case and that he can't get in contact with me because the calls to our number keep failing and if we're interested in filing charges than to call his number which off course they gave us. I wonder if they say this because they caught the guys who did it and if there's a way they can pay or my phone or get me another phone or something? And if there's a way to get me my phone back from their police funds or something?
I'm trying to do an adoption write up for two rescue dogs that needs home. The rescue I'm working with says the pictures I took with my iphone need to be cropped, edited, and resized to medium
I'm NOT computer savvy so how do I do that on my laptop? I don't have photoshop or anything fancy
There's a lot of messages with this person and i kinda want to get rid of them. Every time i try to delete them my phone freezes up and i have to restart it a few times to get it functioning again. Any ideas how to get rid of them? (i have an iphone 5 if that helps)
