(reposting question more specifically)… Please help!
i haven't backed up the photos on my iphone for a long time, now its not turning on!
the only type of responce i'm getting from it is when it displays the apple logo… But even then, it only does that when it is plugged into some sort of charging sorce (whether it be wall charger or my laptop, ect…) doesn't matter how long i hold down the power button on the phone, it will not turn on!
i have tried connecting it to my laptop so that hopefully itunes would connect to it, but nothing! As i said, the only responce i'm getting from it is the apple logo.
it happened the other day… My phone had about 10% battery life left, i decided to have a scroll through facebook when BAM! It just switched off. I thought it must have been due to the low battery life, but when i went back inside & plugged it in to the charger, the apple logo instantly came up, & yeah like i said thats all it seems to be doing…
i have dropped the phone a fair few times, but it has soldiered on. It hasn't had no problems apart from the last month or so the reception has been playing up a little, but it has never randomly turned off or restarted by itself until the other day…
so, is there any way that anybody knows of that i would be able to some how get my photos back myself without having to take it to a shop?
(i attempted to take it to a store the other day, just to be told that there was nothing he could do about it, which i find hard to believe, but he stated that it would be hard because the phone is in bad condition & wouldnt know why the problem has occurred, thus not being able to resolve the issue)
