Everytime i put it on charge it turns on, when it turns on it says the charger is not supported.
my phone was completely dead so when it was off it was charging fine its got to 20% and turned back on now saying the charger isn't supported, i've ordered a new charger but won't have it for a few days yet so for now the only option i have is to charge it off but it keeps turning on and not work, what can i do?
Everything else is backed up to iCloud but I can't see where ringtones and message tones go. Do I reload them from iTunes in the same way that I reload apps from the App Store? My phone only uses Wi-Fi Internet as I don't have broadband at home, so I generally have mobile data switched off too.
I bought an iphone 5 from sprint (Full price), I got fed up with sprint because one month my bill would be $60 than the next it would be 90 or 120 dollars a month. Last month my bill was $390 with no explanation on why from customer service. I have unlimited everything so there's no reason for my bill to be that high and to keep changing. I'm so fed up with sprint, that I decided to drop them and go with another phone company. I went to Verizon and they told me they won't activate my iphone because it is locked to sprints network? What does this mean? Does this mean I can't use my iphone from anyone else but sprint? This is bull **** because it does not have a sprint logo on the back, I should be able to use my iPhone with whoever I want. I payed for the phone. If I can't use my iphone with Verizon, can I exchange it for the same iphone I got that will work on Verizon, I don't want to have to pay for another phone? I think it is complete and utter bullshit that I have to buy a new phone. Can I sue sprint for locking my iphone to their company only? I payed for the phone full price and it doesn't have their logo on it, so I should be able to use my phone with anyone I want as long as I'm not in a contract, which I'm not.

There's 60GB of iphone apps stored on my macbook pro. It is taking up a lot of space and i was wondering if that is normal or something is wrong. Would it be alright if I deleted all of it and just backed up my phone to the cloud?
I realized it when i was face timing that it wasn't working i could only see a black screen. I thought it had something to do with FaceTime but its with the camera. The weird thing is that only the rear-front camera doesn't work the other one does. I've tried force quitting it and it still won't work. And i know that i can't go to apple cause they don't sell iPhone 4. Can it be fixed or is my camera gonna be like that till i get a new phone?
