What can I do for my sister?

My sister has a attitude that she's always right and thinks everything she does is right one
She loves money and was even saying to our mother how money can buy happiness and how she wants a sugar daddy. We're a middle class family where we only get salary just from dad. She always thinks that we're blaming her for nothing and blames her anxiety for it. I know why people with anxiety might have a tough and hard time but she always think that our dad hates her and says our parents like me more than her when I still wear a shoe from three years ago but I don't say much because I always see my parents having tough time with money but she wants new shoe and new dresses and also new phones. When we let her use an old iPhone, she doesn't want it because it's a used one and that we're being partial. I don't know what to do. Our family never seems to get along with her and I don't even know how to fix this.

IPhone 6 plus apple logo appears (when charging)?

IPhone 6 plus apple logo appears (when charging) for a second and then there's a black screen.

I got this phone second hand used and I believe the person I bought it from fixes iPhones. It was working fine, then it died completely and I tried turning it on and got the charge phone message. A couple days later I finally got a new charger cord and plugged it in and this is happening. No, I can't connect it to iTunes its not recognizing the device. Yes, I tried to manually factory reset it, but nothing seems to work. Can someone give me some direction? I did reach out to the seller they have yet to respond back to me.

Cat hit head on my phone?

I was playing with my cat, and I don't even know what happened but she moved her head forward and hit her head on the edge of my iPhone, like at the top of her head. It only made a small bump sound, she didn't act phased or anything like that. She seems fine but I'm paranoid bc she's my fur baby and I don't want her getting hurt or anything. I'm sure she's had worse bumps but I'm just paranoid.

I fired a manager for making an employee check their bag. Am I wrong for this?

There was an incident where an employee lost his phone. The manager took the laptop bag of the only Hispanic girl in the department and started searching her bag. She didn't search anyone else's bag, just hers. The other team members told the employee who lost their phone to use "find my iPhone," but the employee wouldn't do it since they didn't want the loud ring to sound off.

The Hispanic employee came to me crying and told me that she felt singled out, embarrassed, and discriminated. Every employee confirmed that the manager didn't check their belongings. The manager said that the bag was the company's property, but in my perspective, it was still in the employee's possession. Before trying to look for the phone, the manager jumped into conclusions and said that the phone might have "fallen into the bag." I wasn't falling for this and have decided to fire the manager. There are few people in leadership who disagree with my decision, but I feel that this was indeed discrimination.
