I found a iPhone at school, can I keep it?

So on Friday, I was going to my next class History and when I came in, I was the first student there and I sat down, and at the end of the table an iPhone with AirPods were on the floor under the desk so it looked like someone forgot them there so I went over and took them and put them in my backpack and I brought them home at the end of the day and I connected the phone to my computer to erase it since I couldn't guess the persons passcode, and I connected the AirPods to my phone so now I have two AirPod sets, and a new phone which is an iPhone XS Max compared to my phone now which is old

Added (1). I switched my SIM card into the new phone as well so i'm using it as my phone since I transferred my data to it

So she was at my house and we were hanging out and her phone died and she asked if she could use my phone to call her mom to ask when she needs to be home so I gave her my phone and she went outside to call and when she came back my phone was completely smashed the screen was almost completely off and glass pieces were still falling off and the back was smashed and it was bent badly so I screamed at her and she said she dropped it so I told her she has to replace it because its an iPhone XR which is expensive but she refused and went home a few minutes later. I told my parents but they don't know what to do

Banned from store. What to do?

I was recently banned from a marshalls store accusing me of stealing a cosmetic mirror kind of weird since I'm a guy. However Brazilian looking mestizos have history of paranoia and jealousy vengeance like over relationships committing revenge. I could have looked like someone she dated in the past. Alot of telemarketers are angry at the world that's why they become telemarketers.
