I have a new laptop and have Itunes, I want to make a new, fresh account?

Previously My whole family (about 7 devices) were all on one itunes account and one laptop. This caused me to get my dads bagpipe music, my moms Irish music, and my brothers horrible rap music. This laptop is all mine and i want to have my own music. I'm fine with repurchasing all the songs again. But i need to permanently delete all my old itunes files on my iphone now then add it to my new account. Can someone show me how to do that?

Is it illegal to sublet a basement without your landlord knowing?

We just moved to Calgary and found a basement suite rented out by a family from Columbia. They had told us that the Landlord does not know that he is subletting the basement to other people. We had left for 3 days during Christmas and had returned to find that a iPhone 5 had been taken while we were gone. Our solution was to find a new place before the new year, not have to pay another months rent here, and also get our damage deposit returned to us. We had discussed the matter with them upstairs and they had argued that it is "one months notice to move out" and that they are "keeping the damage deposit" if we were to move out before a month notice. So what we would like to know is that IF his landlord really doesn't know that he is renting the basement to other people, could something be done? Or if the landlord does know, is there STILL something that could be done, since there also was no lease signed. Someone please help.

How to downgrade my iDevices from iOS 7.0.4 to iOS 6.1.3 w/o SHSH blobs?

I upgraded my iPad 2 and my iPhone 4S to iOS 7 several weeks ago, and I'm starting to miss iOS 6 (and there's a lot of stuff that I miss from iOS 6).Is there any easy way to downgrade from iOS 7.0.4 to iOS 6.1.3 without SHSH blobs? I never saved mine from either device. I know most ways require you to have SHSH blobs from the previous firmware, but I don't have any and would like to downgrade to iOS 6.1.3.

How to keep sharpie from fading?

I got an autograph on the back of my iphone, and its in sharpie but I do not want it to smear and I want it to stay. I heard clear nail polish? Any other ways or suggestions? Please and thank you

IPhone 5 won't send/receive calls or texts?

My iphone 5 since today has not been able to send or receive texts, or call or get any phone calls, is this for a certain reason, and is there anything I can do to fix it? I've tried turning it on and off again, and my phone isn't on airplane mode.

IOS 7 Jailbreak crash

Ok so I installed the jailbreak on my Iphone 4s, and when it finished there's 2 problems, one is that my safari icon disappeared, I can't find it anywhere. Second is that Cydia keeps crashing, whenever I open it it just says preparing system file for one second, and then it reboots my phone. I've tried like million times and every time it's the same thing… Help! What should I do?
