Okay.hello! Firstly, this question might sound really stupid but I find it really difficult to ask for things for Christmas or to be honest, just asking for things at all! I've never really been a needy person, not even when I was younger! I've had the idea of an iPhone in the front of my mind for quite a few days now but whenever I get the opportunity to ask for one, I always seem to put it off.

I can't figure it out. I have a really old version of OS X and nothing is compatible with it, on the itunes app store I can only find iPhone and iPad apps but nothing when it comes to my desktop. I really just need my computer to be updated to where it will work with my iPhone but right now the iTunes version is so old along with the rest of my computer that it won't sync, and when I try to download a new version of the application it tells me my software version is too old. So it would be really helpful if someone were to walk me through how to download Maverick,
Also my software update notifier says there's no update available, so it's totally messed up.
Ok, so NBA 2k series are my favorite games. I really want NBA 2k12 for my IPhone, but my parents think it's a "waste of money" so they won't buy me a ITunes card. So can someone please give me their ITunes information (That has NBA 2K12 already bought) so I can download it? That's all I need it for is that game, then I'll log out, can anyone help me out?

Well i have an iphone 5 and macbook, iPad
the ipad and macbook are working fine
but
my iphone will connect to the Wi-Fi but will not work, its just stays on the home screen on safari or the app store it doesn't load or anything. I have to keep using my 3g and 4g which is using up all my data in like 2 minutes.
I spilt ink onto the bottoms of my iPhone 4S- near the speakers. I have tried a damp cloth and baby wipes and neither work. It hasn't affected the workings of the phone but it doesn't look great!
Can you suggest some big games that are from movies or big game franchises?
Like for example red alert is from the C&C series which are popular, same for need for speed.
Batman and dark knight are also from big movie series.
Can you suggest any other such games? That could be as good as real pc games.

I'm thinking of upgrading to the 5s as I'm at the end of my 2 year 4S contract, but the 5s is much more expensive monthly, and if I stay with the 4S for another year I would have a much reduced monthly fee. Are the advantages of the 5s enough to upgrade? Only thing I'd really like is the bigger screen - I'm not too fussed about 4G or the faster processor, although the fingerprint scanner looks handy. I've also considered the HTC One but it's a little too big for my liking and I'm perfectly happy with iOS. Also I don't like the design of the 5C so that's not really an option, and it's not much cheaper than the 5s anyway.
I'm not sure what the problem is i have had my laptop for a while now and it has connected to my router lots of times. In fact I was just using it yesterday. The problem isn't my modem/router(it's a two-in-one) because I can use the Wi-Fi on my iphone just fine which is why I'm using it to ask for help. So the problem has to e my laptop. It is a toshiba satelite and to be honest i was trying to turn up the brightness on it by pressing FN and F7 when I hit f5 instead which made the screen go black for like a second but then was back to normal. I'm not sure what the problem is with my laptop because I was playing online with it yesterday and never had this issue before. I tried a to fix it myself for a little while bu I don't know what I'm doing. I created a new connection to my router/modem again but it still didn't work. I'm afraid i might mess something up if I keep going and I'm getting frustrated so i decided to come online for help.
