How would I ad the app ''lookout'' to track my phone without having the phone here? There's a guy on YouTube that said he can do that but i don't know how to remotely ad an app without the phone being here
The phone has been kept up to date with software. When I go to my settings to where you can turn on imessage, the little switch to turn it on is grayed out. Facetime works fine - whenever I try to find an answer on google it's "facetime and imessage not working." Please help! Really need to fix this. I'm not able to turn it on ever even under Wi-Fi.
I just recently found out my wife had an emotional affair with a family friend. It lasted about 2 months. I found about by retrieving deleted texts on her iphone/ipad. Essentially they were texting frequently some of it was clearly inappropriate nothing too sexual but I didn't see every text.
I confronted her and she told me that what I saw was the worst of the texts and that it never got physical. She said that 95% of the time they were together it was with other people usually at a bar(which is true I've seen pics on instagram). She did however spend the night at his house after one late night of drinking. She told me she slept at her parents house but the very next day she told me she slept at his house but nothing happened and that she slept on his couch.
She admits to the emotional affair but swears up and down that if never got physical. She says she was not looking for that from him. She did not pull away sexually from me at all during her emotional affair and the other guy is not physically attractive at all.
We're now in marriage counseling trying to move forward. Whenever it comes up she swears to me nothing physical happened. We both want to move forward but this one thing is still eating at me. I just don't feel like she has the heart to tell me something physical happened. It would be further devastating to our marriage and because he is a family friend it would be damaging to her parents too.
I'm just not sure what to do. I can't maker her tell me anything and maybe she is telling the truth.
I'm selling my iphone 5 on eBay and I want to buy the s4 I've used apple for every smartphone I had. I have an upgrade so I would make a profit off the money I sell nk eBay and buying the s4 but should I buy the s4? Especially for people who had the iphone before
I have hotspot turned on on the iphone and plugged it in to my (Dell PC) windows xp computer and nothing happens? How do I connect? When I open network connections the only thing I see is local area connection and it says it's unplugged… Anyone know how to do this? And for the record I'm trying to get Internet on the computer NOT the iPhone. I say this because I've seen instructions to get Internet to the phone but my phone already has Internet.

Ok lol I've never had an iphone so bear with me xD
I used my iPod touch 4 to text people because my old phone had horrible service, but iMessage seemed to get texts 5-30 minutes late SOMETIMES usually 2-5 mins 40% of the time.
The same problem is happening with my iPhone, the iMessage is coming late, and sometimes my iPod will get it before my iPhone, and vise versa? :/ I wanted a new phone because my old phone was always getting texts late but this is the same
ALSO my iMessage is still working, but when I go in settings it says "Waiting for Activiation", it didn't say this earlier but when I went to my "Send and Receive" and my "Apple ID" I changed my old home number that was on there to my new number and now it says waiting for activation, yet it still works.
AND the "You can be reached by iMessage at" only has the option of my email, it has NO option for a number, yet when people put my number in it still works LOL I'm so confused
Should I get iPhone 5 or wait till the next iPhone to come out?
Ok so my Iphone 4s is about a year old. Its also jailbroken. So my phone doesn't want to connect to my computer or my wall charger (as in, it doesn't charge)
now if i turn off my iphone 4s, then it charges but i still can't connect to my computer.
THE THINGS I HAVE DONE
I have restored my computer to the last time my phone worked with it
i have tried to connect my phone to a different computer
i have changed the wire
i have tested the wires
i have attempted to put my phone in both restore and DFU mode with no success
i have reinstalled iTunes.
i do get a code 43 when i open computer manager
but i can't seem to get it to recognized
now my phone is jailbroken but i haven't had a problem before
i have deleted as much "Updated" information as i could remember but to no avail
i want to update my phone with the update option in the general tab in the settings app
(so it restores through the phone)
but it seems that the jailbreak disables my update function with no ability to re-engage it
any ideas?
and before you say replace it. Or take it to the apple store
i can't… Especially the apple store… Since its jailbroken.regardless it ran out of warranty anyway

and even if i leave this and wait for the other iphone that one will probably be over £40 month and i ain't rich lol
