There are two options when reseting your iphone: there's 'Reset All Settings' and 'Erase All Content and Settings' what do each do in particular and do any of these delete messages? I'm in the process of just starting over with my phone and am deleting my iCloud and iTunes and will make a new one with a new email and I need to make sure that my messages and photos which are really important to me are still available when I start my phone up
I don't know how but my niece droppe my iPhone in hair gel the mic, speaker and charger port was full of gel what should I do?

My Iphone 4 is on 6.1.3 right now and I have had it updated to iOS 7 before. I downgraded it and now I'm tring to upgrade it back to iOS 7 but it gives me an error (3194) in itunes. I have already played around with the hosts file and nothing works (I think I have tried everything). Can anyone help me? Any advice? And don't tell me not to get iOS 7 because I will do it anyway(:

I have a lifeproof case on my iphone. But recently i dropped it in the pool with out the screw in it. It kept flickering and stuff so i put it in a bag of rice and left it there. I have the kik app on my phone and my dad offered to fix my phone for me (he's a computer guy. He told me to delete the app but i didn't and that is the only way i can communicate with my boyfriend (which i'm not allowed to have).So when he fixes it i don't want him to see the app & read my messages. Is there any way to delete apps from my computer off my phone? Lol sorry for the life story!
I've had an iPhone 4 for a few years and all of the sudden it doesn't connect to Wi-Fi. My Wi-Fi works on EVERY device in the house but my iPhone 4.It doesn't even show up in settings. I reset my network setting and restored my phone but still won't connect. I get charged $10 almost every week because I over exceed my data.
So I'm at an airport hotel. A Hilton if it matters. I'm in my room and my macbook found the hotel Wi-Fi network with no problem. So I have a long flight tomorrow and so I'm downloading a bunch of new games for my iphone. On of them requires a Wi-Fi network to download. So i tried to find the Wi-Fi network on my iPhone and it isn't finding any network, even though my macbook is connected to the internet. So why can't my iPhone find the network?
Okay, firstly it says on the box of each of them, 'Modular buddy-jack design, connect multiple speakers in a row for jaw dropping sound' So somehow they can be connected, i'm not sure what that modular buddy jack design is. Anyway they work through bluetooth as well as wiring, i have an iPhone and a macbook pro, ideally i would want them all to play what i want off of my mac and have them around my room within a 5m range, how can i set up a bluetooth stream for them all to work? Please i really want this to work. Or if not any ALTERNATIVES. Please respond.

People can't hear me speaking through my mic when I make a call. However, when I record a video it records audio, FaceTime works, voice memos works, and speaker phone works. What is going on? And how can I fix it?
I've cleaned out the mic, I've reset my network settings, I've made sure it wasn't muted, I've restarted my phone… Nothing helps.
So it's not Recognizing it's charging. This happened before so I got a new charger and it started working for about three days and now it's not Recognize that it's charging. When it's turned off it shows the little power symbol that it is charging but when I turn it back on it just goes to 2% battery and does not recognize that it's charging. What do I do I try plugging it into my computer and I use the wall socket it's not working I really hope it's not my phone can somebody help please
