How to fix No Service iPhone 4 problem?

I dropped my iPhone and I got it fixed. When I tried to connect to Wi-Fi it would not let me. The switch was dimmed. The bluetooth was also messed up. I then payed my phone bill, and it still showed no service. I know it's not my SIM card because when I put it into my sisters iPhone, it worked fine. I have AT&T. IOS 6.1.3, and my iPhone is a 4not a 4s. For some reason, after a while, the Wi-Fi started working, and it found networs but at around a weaker level. Bluetooth seems to be working fine also, but where I should have signal bars, I have No Service. I've already restored like 5 times, I also do not have insurance, so I do not know what to do.

I want to know how much the iPhone 5S will cost. How much will the 16gb iphone 5S be? I know the iphone 5S isn't confirmed yet, but i'm pretty sure Apple will unveil it on September 10th. And there are rumors about a cheaper iPhone 5C thats going to come out too and people say that the iPhone 5C will cost $300.so if the cheaper iphone 5C cost $300, how much will the better iPhone 5S cost?

Best iphone 5 service provider?

So I'm thinking of getting an iphone 5, but I'm not sure what service provider to go with. I currently use Virgin Mobile and I don't really like it too much, it's pretty cheap but the service is very spotty. I don't want to sign a contract and I'd like my bill to be under $100 a month. I know with T Mobile you can buy a iphone 5 for $199 plus $21 a month for 24 months and you don't have to sign a contract. But I heard T Mobile doesn't have that good of service. Advice please.

I recently changed my iPhone 5 DNS code. How do I get my original DNS code back?

So, I changed my iPhone 5 DNS code to this code here 190.14.36.90 in order to get the American version of Netflix. I want to change it back because my favourite apps such as twitter aren't working anymore but I do not know my original DNS code to change it back. Is there a mutual DNS code for all Irish iPhone 5's? Or did I have a specific code? Is there anyway of getting my code back? If so, how?

What are some cool editing apps on iPhone?

Does anyone know the one editing app where you can put like Disney characters over your face? (example: minne mouse) like you can put Minnie mouses head over yours. Domes anyone know what that app is called?

And The other is app is where you have like a line across your eyes and there's words in it. I know this is hard to explain but that's all I have. Does anyone know wt the apps are called? And if there's other cools editing apps list those too.
