I know most app developers make money by either ads or in-app purchases. But on android and iphone there are dozens of apps (snapchat is one example of many) which has no ads or in-app puchases so how do they get money?
So i dropped my phone the screen cracked and the screen didn't work i couldnt move anything so then i took it to a place named zagg and got the screen fixed the phone was fine for the first 3 days and then it started to make horizantal lines with static the screen works fine but what's making the horizantal lines and the static and how can i fix it if possible? Whenit first started doing it when i put it to charge it would stop but it has gotten worse

I bought a new iPhone 5 and I notice it has a little black dot on the screen. A dead pixel I image. I had a 7 day warranty with the store but, I don't know if this is a valid reason to change it? It's small but I saw it and now I can't get my eyes off it.
I want to purchase a used iPhone 4 on Craigslist that originally belongs to Sprint. I would get the iPhone 4 for T-mobile, but T-Mobile only has iPhone 4s and 5. I hope to unlock the iPhone 4 for T-Mobile, but not if it's illegal. I want to know if it is illegal to Unlock a used iPhone 4, so that's where you guys come in. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out with my little problem.

I recently lost a phone. I have t-mobile on contract and unfortunately their insurance sucks. I would have to pay $150 for a new phone that isn't even that great to begin with. I found an iphone for less online. I don't have a sim card obviously and the phone is unlocked. Does t-mobile allow its customers to use unlocked phones that are bought from an outside market? Does it charge extra?
I have been thinking about photography lately. I'm 16 and I'm going to be a junior this year in high school and I really am interested in going to school for photography. I'm sending my iPhone in to get fixed to have the power button fixed, and I'm wondering how long until I get it back? And I keep hearing people say they got their phones replaced instead of fixed, but i'm 14 and I don't have anymore money for a screen protector and I just want to know if it will be fixed or replaced.
