Does your springboard crash often when jailbroken?

I once jailbroke my iphone and it seemed like with everything I did the springboard crashed and I would have to reset it on my computer. I'm thinking about doing it again but really don't want it to happen and be stuck without a phone until I can get to a computer. Does anybody elses do this? Should I jailbreak it? Why or why not! Just any info on the subject will help thanks!

Emu4ios is a simulator that plays GBA games on your iphone and ipad and downloads all of the GBA games for free. I was wondering if it was legal because now GBA games are out of production so the companies are not making any more money off of them.

I just ordered an AT&T GoPhone SIM card from Walmart.com. It will arrive in a few days. I plan on using my iPhone 4S as a go phone. I already know how to cut it when sissors. But I heard that once you activate the SIM, there are many "Hoops" to jump through to get the 3G Data working. What do these hoops mean? How do I get the 3G Data working?

Why does my iPhone 4s screen not work? Possibly Water Damaged. Light Flashing?

I have an iPhone 4S and while i was swimming in a pool i think i might have splashed water on it. When i go to check it out i clicked my home button and nothing worked, then i click my power button, finally the home screen shows. Then suddenly the screen turns black. I asked a friend to call it and when he does it rings and the LED light goes on like i set it up to do. Then when he hangs up the LED light is still flashing. Then i ran home plugged it into my computer and it recognized it. But just now it doesn't. I recently got a new battery and when it turned off i saw it at 52%. I now have it in a container of rice. The light also stopped shining unless its plugged in to computer.

Added (1). This isn't the phone i bought from ATT because that one broke i had to get a new one.
