I want to lose another 20-25 lbs. And I'm wondering if doing the elliptical everyday for 30 minutes would benefit me? I want to lose weight mostly in my thighs area, and then my lower tummy, and my arms.
If doing it like this on the elliptical everyday: 10 minutes walking pace (warming up), 10 minutes jogging/running pace (gradually increasing speed), 5 minutes running pace (maximum speed), then 5 minutes walking pace (cool down) - will it have any effects?
If it helps I also stretch, do 15 to 30 sit-ups, 5 to 10 push ups, do a little cardio (jumping jacks, kick exercises, jump rope, etc.) every morning.
Also accompanied with this diet everyday (no more than 1000 calories):
Breakfast - 1 glass of green tea (unsweetened), 1 apple, 2 slices of whole wheat bread
Lunch - 1 serving of white rice, 1 serving of vegetable, 1 serving of meat/fish (all the size of an iPhone)
Dinner - 1 glass of green tea (unsweetened), 1 serving of white rice, 1 serving of vegetable, 1 serving of meat/fish (all the size of an iPhone), 1 serving of fruit (apple or orange)
plus drinking 8 glasses of water a day with no snacks in between.
How long will I see results? Would I lose weight?
How can I lose fat from my thighs?
I don't want to have lots of muscles on my legs (but some on my stomach or arm is fine). How do I avoid having bulky legs?
I'm determined to lose weight! I've gained 5 pounds and I want a fit and toned body by 2 or 3 months. I'm willing to work hard for a good and fit body!
