Should I trade in to get the iphone 5?

I'm thinking of doing the best buy offer and trading in my iphone 4 to get the 5, but I would be losing my last upgrade, or should I wait for the upcoming iphone?

Why can't I play videos on instagram?

IPhone 3GS won't connect to home Wi-Fi?

A couple of hours ago my iPhone 3GS started to disconnect from my home Wi-Fi(my iPhone 3GS does have a 3G data plan if that makes any difference). And its still doing it. When I press on my Wi-Fi name it'll connect then 2 seconds later it'll disconnect and bring up a blank screen, and at the top it says login. Then a message will pop up saying there was hotspot login error because the server stopped responding. I've turned off my phone and turned it back on. I've unplugged my router and plugged it back in but it still won't connect. My ps3 and my android tablet is connected so why won't my phone connect?

Need excuse for why my iPhone 5 is broken to still use the warranty

My 1 year warranty for my iPhone doesn't cover water damage, which I think is pretty common, but according to the fine print on the water damage policy:

If a customer disputes whether an iPod with an activated LCI has been damaged by liquid contact and there are no external signs of damage from corrosion, then the iPod may still be eligible for warranty service.

There are 0 external signs of water damage, the LCI is not activated AT All (the weird thing on the side of the phone) so I think this counts.

TL;DR I need a good excuse for why my iPhone 5 is broken so that I can still use the warranty and not have to pay 230 *** dollars for a new one, which I might add is 190 dollars more than I paid for the first one.
