I was wondering what apps were good for photo editing. I'm looking for ones where you can make yourself float on a cloud or make two of you in one picture. I'd prefer a free one or ones I can test first. Anyways I would really appreciate the help.

How to move only certain pictures off iPhone?

This may be a dumb question but okay. I have over 4000 pictures on my iPhone 4s. I only want some of them on there, but I don't want to delete the rest. Is there a way I can move only certain pictures onto my computer or something?

Where can I watch fairy tail?

I just finished watching the funimation dubs up to 48 but then found out funimation stopped there. I know it will come back July 23 but I'm not sure where and what time to watch it. Will it premiere on tv? If so, what channel is it on optimum? No, I don't have funination on demand and no, I don't feel like paying for it because I know it's not free. If you know any alternative options like where I can watch it on my laptop or on my iPhone that would be great! Thanks so much!

Doea Apple unlock iPhones when you buy them for free? My friend told me they do but that doesn't make sense because wouldn't they rather have me buy the unlocked iPhone for like $600?

I would like to know of an app for iOS like iPad and iPhone to limit Wi-Fi signal?

I would like to know if there's an app for iPad that can limit the amount of Wi-Fi signal other devices, connected to the same router, use. Like reduce it, for example: i have a laptop and a playstation connected to the same router wirelessly, via Wi-Fi. With the app on my iPad i would like to make the laptop only receive, say, a 10% of the signal and let the Playstation have the rest 90% signal. Is there an app for that in iOS?

Why is my iphone 5 always on E (edge)?

I have an iphone 5 32GB AT&T NOT jail broken. Recently it's always been stuck on E. It's really annoying because as it is I have horrible service at home and at school but at home I normally get 4G but now it's always E. When I'm at school I turn airplane mode on because I never get service in there because of AT&T and my school but more AT&T because my friends have Verizon and they have service! To get 4G back I have to turn airplane more on and off and SOMETIMES it goes back to 4G but now it seems to not. Ill have to do it more than once and I don't like having to do it. Sometimes it won't even work. And if I leave it on E and not do airplane mode it doesn't just go back to 4G. Please help I feel it's AT&T because no offense they've been known to have service issues but I just want this fixed As soon as possible.
