If I broke my Iphone 4s 16gb can I return it and get an Iphone 4S 32gb?

It's still under a warranty so I can return it to get a new one I know, but the 16 is a little small so I was wondering that when I return it would it be possible to upgrade my GB as well? Does it cost more? Would I basically be paying for a new phone instead of the 50$ it is to get it replaced? I have AT&T.

Will I lose everything if I restore my iPhone?

My iPhone is jailbroken and it messes up and annoys me a lot. And iOS 7 is coming soon, so I want to restore it. I've seen people say everything will be okay, and some say you will lose everything. I regularly sync my phone with my computer. If there's something special to do to save everything, what is it? I just want to make sure I don't lose my pictures and contacts and all that good stuff.

How to get pictures on an iPhone without using data?

My friends try to send me pictures (not the bad ones, get your head out of the gutter), but the only way I can get them with my iPhone is to turn on data.
I hate it.
Is there anyway I could get pictures without turning on my data?
They don't have iPods, iPhones, or any of that. So iMessage is not an option.

Well, I know my dad's ebay account username and password and paypal password and I want to buy 6 cases costing a total of 25$, but my dad says he doesn't want to do it right now because he's under a lot of stress, but the thing is, i don't need him to do it for me. I can do it myself all i needed was his account info. And i have it. So should i do it? He always buys stuff for me since i don't have an allowance or anything like that. Which ringtone maker or iphone is the best?

I know there r many apps for making ringtone. But the problem is they only give you maximum 40 second for a ringtone. Can anyone tell me that which app can adjust the duration freely n choose the part i wan for ringtone? Can anyone show me some link or picture or anything?
