She stole my iPhone 4 and admmited to me she even brag and took pictures of it but it been 7 days since incident but she threaten me also and I have proof of text messages of her saying she stole it can I have her arrested for stealing my iPhone in the morning even tho she stole in 7-8 days ago?

I updated my iPhone 4 to the iOS 7.0 tonight. My old iCloud account was still on my phone. I can't remember the password to it. I've tried deleting the account, but it still wants the password. I've tried making a new one, but the old one is on for my iMessage. & unfortunately, I live where I don't have service, only Wi-Fi. So I can only use my iMessage or an app, but iMessage is more convenient. I just really need help on what to do about the password. How can I fix it? Is there any way I can reset it? & Before anyone replies saying to go to apple & change my Apple ID password, I've tried. It doesn't work. I really really need help. Please.
A few months ago my iPhone 5 got stolen and I want to buy the next one for the same $199 price on the same two-year contract on Sprint. I have been saving and I have $260 saved towards it but someone told me I will have to buy the phone at full price ($649). He said I can buy the new phone for $199 when the 2 years are up but I do not want to wait that long. Can I buy the next iPhone for the same $199 price on the same two-year contract?

I recently unlocked an iPhone 4 that was previously AT&T and now it is Tmobile. I'm able to call people and receive calls and facetime calls. I'm able to use iMessage and send/receive texts when connected to Wi-Fi. But when I step out of the house i'm able to send texts but don't receive them until i'm connected to Wi-Fi again. I tried turning the iMessage off because I do not have a data plan with this phone but I have Tmobile service so I should be able to send/receive texts and make/receive calls. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
Well here's the deal. I live in Chicago, and US Cellular was brought by Sprint out here, so we're going to switch to T-Mobile. I want the iPhone 5. Its $150 upfront, which I have, and $20 to pay it off every month for 24 months. It doesn't sound like a lot, but I don't have a job. My mom doesn't believe in me getting her the money each month either. So I need to make some money, fast. I'm 17, and I don't have a credit card or anything. Any ideas on how I can make money fast?
I recently switched from an iPhone 4S to a white iPhone 5 and while I'm perfectly fine with all the settings, I'm having some trouble with the Settings -> General -> cellular switches.
In my former iPhone (4s) I had a switch to turn on/off 3G that I used to save battery life while maintaining data (EDGE is more than enough for mail, meteo update and so on ).
In the new iPhone 5 the only switch I have is Enable LTE on/off, and disabling this option keep the phone in 3G mode.
But reading this forum and others, I saw posts of other people speaking about turning 3G on and off with iPhone 5, so I'm puzzled.
It has a cracked screen and a brokn camera volume buttons don't work And the front IFC. E button is off, calling and everything works, maybe 30 dollars
