So basically i'm confused, I'm wondering if i can use skype for free, like message and make video calls to friends, like i can on my laptop for free without paying. My Iphone isn't even connected to a company i just use my router to get Wi-Fi and surf the web.

Judging from the history,
It's most likely Apple support iPhone for about 3 to 4 year.
So that mean Apple will get support until 2014 or 2015.

Okay so I have a iPhone and a iPad and my grandpa bought the ipad and I bought the iPhone. My mom said he could buy me an MacBook. Should I get it or should I just use my iPad for stuff and projects.

I store and write 25% of my personal thoughts that I keep free from outside influences in my iPhone device using the current iOS (6 I believe). I'm a private consumer with a contract through AT&T for cellular service. I'm a private US Citizen, and however realised too late that I should have read all terms and conditions in the iOS 6, Apple iPhone and basic AT&T cellular contract.
Is my private data in the Notes app stored on my iPhone device liable to be stolen or observed remotely by Apple, inc or AT &T?
I'm concerned with protecting my freedom of thought from these corporations.
So we found this iphone 4 and then we left it somewhere forgot all about it for about 6 months now i checked it out and it has a password, i would like it if someone could like tell me how to hack it, but what i Really need to know is if i unlock it ( i have a friend ) can someone track me down and get me into trouble or something?

I was wondering what would be better to have an ipod or to have an iphone 5 and use it as an ipod, but is it worth spending more money for the iphone 5 to use as an ipod. I currently have an ipod touch 4g, o and by the way i would like either the ipod 5g in 64gb or the iphone 5 in 64gb.
I'm going to California tomorrow and I'm driving. It's about a 6 hour drive from where I'm at. I want my phone to last but my phone's battery does very quickly. I already have all the notifications shut down along with the location services. Also the screen is dimmed down some too. Any suggestions?
So, I was at a carnival roughly three months ago and I found a 16gb iPhone 5 in the grass around no one.So, as a good person I turned it into carnival staff and they said they would try and find the owner. After three months the carnival gave it back to me because they never found the is owner. Anyways, I already have an iPhone 5 so I'd like to sell it. It appears to have no service and its locked. I think it has no service because on the lock screen it just keeps saying "searching".
Little question here - if I kept it (its in better condition then my current iPhone) could I simply just insert my sim from my old phone and its good to use?
Btw, I would take it to AT&T but they so not have a store within a 2 hour and 30 minute drive from my area and I don't have the time these days to go.
Also, so I guess I can't restore it and sell it because it has a lock on it (you can't restore with a lock I think). I read about this thing called a dpu restore and basically that would do the trick. Is that true?
And if I were to sell it, how much do you think I could get? (Specs below)
